Van Gogh Inspired Trees

Third grade students studied the work of Vincent Van Gogh.  We looked at the brush strokes he used to create his works of art.  Students painted a sky and hills with watercolor inspired by Van Gogh.  Students created trees and details with oil pastel.  The black crows drawn in the pictures were inspired by   Van Gogh's Wheat Field with Crows.
