Kings and Queens

Kindergarten students learned how to draw a portrait.  We began by folding the paper to show grid lines.  We discussed how our eyes are actually the "equator" of our head.  Students learned how to draw the facial features and where to place them correctly.   Crowns were added to make our portraits Kings or Queens.  Glitter was added to make our crowns shine.  Our Kings and Queens look like true royalty!
