Flowers View of a Landscape

Fourth grade students were asked to imagine the view from a flower bed.  What would the camera see?  Students created flowers from staining drawing paper with tissue paper. Details were then created in oil pastel.  A landscape was water painted in the background.  Textured trees and bushes were created with fun paint tools.   Details were added with paint, oil pastel and sharpie.  These landscapes became a true escape that you can view at our Kids Art Fair, December 1st!
