A Vase of Thumb Print Flowers

First grade had so much fun making vases bursting with flowers created out of the students finger and thumb prints.  Vases were created by spreading M&M size dots of paint across a small piece of paper.  To make sure our vases don't float, students created a table with oil pastel on the background.  Our background was colored by spreading paint over our paper with a sponge.  Our vases will be on display at our Kids Art Fair, December 1st!
